    You give us your top competitors and what it is you want to find out.

    What do we report on?

    Customer service levels. The way the phone is answered, and how quickly the call is answered. Whether the person on the phone is friendly and if they ask probing questions to find out more from us as the customer. We tell you what recommendations they make and if we would buy from them.

    We put ourselves in your shoes to dig deep and ask as many relevant questions as possible to see how they are servicing your customers.

    In the emails, we are looking to see who is giving the most information and who is going the extra mile.

    When we analyse their social media we are looking at the type of posts they are creating, what their engagement levels are and how often they are posting.
